Fruit skewers with Pitaya

  1. Prepare the dragon fruit. Peel it, remove the pulp and cut it into cubes. The skewer should also combine the pitaya with other tropical fruits, we recommend kiwi, mango or pineapple. Cut all the selected ingredients into small pieces.
  2. Soak the wooden sticks for 10 minutes to prevent them from charring on the grill. In case of using metal skewers you can skip this step.
  3. Place the pieces of fruit on the skewers, alternating the selected ingredients.
  4. Next, put the skewers on the grill over medium-high heat and let them grill until lightly browned.
